Honor Roll!!!

Megan did it again. She made the Honor Roll. Yeah! Meg. We were at home Friday night. She came home from a birthday party and says "oh by the way I made honor roll" she talked like it was no big deal. I guess for smarty pants like her, that it is no big deal. So Saturday we took her to lunch to celebrate. We had a great time. Good food, and good conversation. Way to go Meg! Keep up the good work, we are so proud of you.

Happy Birthday Brandon

Brandon's Birthday was the 5th of November. We were driving to St George for Mckenzie's softball tournament. What an exciting way to celebrate. It seems we are always doing fun hings for his Birthday. It kind of gets overlooked. Not forgotten, but maybe overlooked. We do fun things, softball, Disneyland. I don't remember being home for his birthday in a long time. We celebrated when we got home. Mckenzie made the cake by herself. It was Yummy!! Happy Birthday! We love you! We hope you had a great day...

Mckenzie had a softball tournament in St George. She had a tone of fans there. Grandpa Kortz flew into watch. Grandma and Grandpa Coleman rented a condo too. Whit, Lindsey, Jonas, Nick, Chris, Livvy, Cali, Kiera all came. Carly came too. Thanks everyone for their support. I know it means a ton to Mckenzie to have everyone there to cheer her on.

What the **** you ask???

This nice pile of "CRAP" is the reason behind my trip to the laundry mat on Monday. the washer would not drain. Well imagine that, it couldn't drain because all this stuff was blocking the drain. Oh lets see there was a pair of finger nail clippers, lots of bobbie pins, money, hair ribbon. necklace,bracelet, tooth picks, an earring, a head band, plastic knobby thing from a sweat shirt, and lots and lots of lint. Needless to say we had a little family talk. They all think it is my job to do the laundry and empty pockets. Not so no way. So hopefully with every ones help we will not have Sears out for a long time :)

Happy Halloween! trick or treating

Mckenzie and Tayah were babies. Some one asked if they were the Bobsie Twins. Mckenzie said yes they were. After they got their candy, they asked "who are the bobsie twins" Way way before their time.

Megan,Carly, Jordan, Jacob, and Tevita. The gang were freaks for Halloween. Meg and carly made their costumes. They wore too toos and goofy socks. Duh I didn't get a full body shot. They had a great time. Megan is lucky to have such good friends.

We had our ward party Friday night and a family Halloween party. We didn't go last year, so this year we decided to go to the family party. We had just watched Grease, so Brandon wanted to go as Sandy and Danny. Many years ago I would of went as Sandy in the end of the movie, but not today :) I have to have my body covered. I hurried and made the skirt. Oh why cant everything be that easy to make? Brandon couldn't get his hair to go with the jell he bought and the hair stuff. Bag balm worked the best. It just was smelly for a few days. Halloween was fun by all this year. Gerber's came over for our annual pizza and trick or treating.

We have been told, our girls are pretty cute. Well you may say of course people are going to say they are cute. No one would tell a parent anything different. These pictures speak for themselves. They are "CUTE" I was at work the other day and this is what they did before Brandon got home from work. Megan is so creative ~ it makes me nuts. She took the and posed the pictures of Mckenzie and Carly took the pictures of the 2 girls together. These are jsut a few of them. There are several more. Oh they are so cute. I can't wait to get copies and enlargements.

Ratco Retires..

Friday was his last day of work. We had a party Friday night for him. It was lots of fun. Yummy food, and tons of people. We had the cake made. Wendy has a friend that makes cakes. She did a great job. He loved it. The toilet was even eaten. Saturday night was a party for Tom. He turned 60. We had family time all weekend :) It was a fun trip. Very busy, but fun.

Mckenzie had a tournament this weekend. It turned out to be an all day event. They did so well. Their first game was at 11am and the last one ended at 10:30pm. The team played so good. They have improved so mcuh. It is so fun to watch them play so well. There were a few tears when they lost, but they quickly dried up.

We went to Colorado this last weekend. Mckenzie and I spent the night with the Cordes Family one night. Brandon and Megan stayed with Grandpa and Sandee. We did lots of shopping and we got to see Aunt Shirley. It was fun to see her somewhere other than Napa. Sandee of course had some fun projects for the girls to do. They made stepping stones for their garden. They turned out so so cute. Thanks everyone for the funweekend!!
