Last weekend I was going to go to CO to visit my sisters.  Well security was so busy I missed my flight, so I decided to go to Hawaii. Yes Hawaii, we were actually in the air long than on the Island.  But trust me it was so worth the trip.  To sit on the beach and soak up the sun and the beauty of Hawaii.  It was so fabulous I am going back today with the girls.  They want to go to the beach, so what better beach to spend 6 hours on :)  We slept in the LAX airport.  The flight from Salk Lake got to LA at 11pm left at 8:45 am to Hawaii landed at 11:45am and left at 8:55pm.  It was one of the funnest trips I have taken in a long time.  I invited myself to go along with my work friends.  They were going to go to

Yippe I can now post from work again.  Bad thing is I dont have all the picutres from the Dance.  Tevita wasnt going to go to his Homecoming, but his friends begged him to go with them.  Well a week before you cant really ask just anyone, so who better than your best friend   He asked her all cute and they had a great time. They are a hot looking couple if I dont say so myself.  Dances are always fun when you go with a friend.  Never even worried about her.

Megan went to 6 flags with her team.

The end of June (yes i am that far behind)  we went to CO.  Both girls played for a week.  OF course they were in 2 different places in CO.  We went early and stayed with Brandon's dad and sandee.  We hung out with my sisters and aunt.  It was lots of fun.  We got to see Chars boys play baseball and we went to dinner.  Brandon and Kenzie stayed in a hotel down in Fort Collins. Meg and I stayed in Highlands Ranch with Ken and Sandee.  I am sure they needed a vacation after we left.  Thanks so much for being our tour guide and taking us were we needed to be :)  What a pain we were for them.  The girls both played well and we had a nice family vacation.  Some of Megans games were at Columbine High School.  They have a memorial we were able to see.  Just makes you so sad for all involved.  It was really cool to walk around it, and read what we didnt hear on the news.  We were able to go to a Rockies game. Love baseball games they are so much fun.  Meg was able to go to 6 flags with her team and a Rockies game.  Since we were in 2 different places we didn't get to see to many of the other games.  Michelle and Derek were out of town for the week, so we were able to use their car.  Thanks so much it was a life savor.  I was able to see a few of Mckenzies game during Megans day off.  It was a very busy week, but lots of fun.

 Megan's first day of work.  Yep that is right, Meg has a job.  She wouldn't get up so I took it on her neatly made bed.  She is working at Holiday Oil.  A gas station/little store.  A friends mom is the manager, and will work around her softball schedule.  Yes its awesome.

Brandon has been working on this in the back yard, growing grass for the fire pit.  We love it!

Besides up dating our blog, so far we have had a fun summer.  Here are a few pictures from the last month.  Why they are out of order, who the heck knows.  Our computer is dumb :)  We have gone to a bees game with the Gerber's, had a BBQ, and hung out.  It has been great, having no schedule.

Can't believe my baby girl is 13.  Where does the time go.  She had games on Saturday, so we made hamburgers out of cupcakes for her to share with her team after the games.  (yes they went undefeated) Sunday we had dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's.  All she wanted for her birthday was a "COW" cake and a beach cruiser.  She found the cake online and asked if I could make it.  Thank goodness it was one of the easy ones :)  We made just a single layer chocolate cake, with the extra mix.  She didn't want to put the candles on the cow and get wax on it.  So yes she is spoiled!  3 different birthday treats in 2 days.  Happy Birthday Kenzie, we hope you had a great birthday.  We love you and are so very proud of you.

In March I went to Colorado for the weekend.  Shirley was there and it was Alexa's Birthday.  It was so much fun.  For her birthday she wanted to have friends over and go to a hotel.  So that is what we did.  We had pizza, cake and lots of swimming.  They had so much fun.  I was able to go see Ken (Brandon's dad) and Sandee.   I actually almost gave them both heart attacks.  They didn't know I was there until they opened their door and viola there I was.  It was fun.   For 6 months I had the worst rash all over my torso pretty much.  Had gone to the DR.  which is who started the rash.  She gave me different lotions, steroids, and of course nothing helped.  It was miserable.  So I decided to go see the witch DR.  DR Shirley.  She did some acupuncture several times and NAET.  It worked like a charm.  Thank you Shirley.  I had so much fun, it was just us girls.
